📋 Description
• Drive outreach efforts with attendees, speakers, sponsors, and partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking. • Support sponsor and partner engagement, including record-keeping and onboarding communications. • Conduct targeted research on market trends, prospective speakers, and priority stakeholders to strengthen programming and outreach. • Coordinate with advisory boards and the internal team, helping align senior stakeholders on programming, outreach, and delivery milestones. • Contribute to event promotion by supporting social media campaigns and amplifying key updates. • Provide virtual event support, including coordinating online registrations, managing attendee communications, and assisting the team remotely to ensure smooth event flow.
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience in pre-sales functions, sponsorship outreach, or business development support • Experience or strong understanding of event planning, coordination, or project support • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones with a global team • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
