• Set up and manage tools that collect customer data (like Segment) • Make sure websites, apps, and other systems send accurate data • Track customer behavior, events, and conversions across platforms • Set up and maintain tags, pixels, and tracking systems for ads • Automate email campaigns, lead scoring, and customer segments • Integrate systems like HubSpot, Customer.io, or Braze so data flows automatically • Build dashboards and reports to help teams see what’s working • Connect marketing, sales, and product data to create smart workflows • Send leads to the right people automatically • Set up alerts and dashboards for sales and customer support teams • Help teams make decisions based on accurate, real-time data • Work with engineers to make sure data is collected and stored correctly

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years working with Segment or similar customer data tools • Experience with Google Tag Manager (both regular and server-side) • Understanding of event tracking and data flows • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Customer.io, Braze)
