📋 Description

• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and ideally TikTok and/or Amazon Ads • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms • Test and refine audience targeting, creative, and bidding strategies • Analyze performance metrics to improve ROI and conversion rates • Set up tracking systems and ensure all pixels and events are firing correctly • Stay current on platform updates and best practices in paid media • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns and ensure successful execution

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads • Working knowledge of at least one additional platform: TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, or YouTube Ads • Strong understanding of performance marketing, growth funnels, and conversion optimization • Experience with audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and behavioral targeting • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, creative testing, and bid/optimization strategies • Advanced proficiency in analyzing campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, CVR, LTV) and extracting actionable insights • Technical expertise in pixel installation, event configuration, and tracking setup using tools like Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific tracking systems • Ability to troubleshoot attribution issues, conversion discrepancies, and tracking errors across platforms • Familiarity with e-commerce, lead generation, or direct-response marketing environments • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creatives, strategists, and clients • Ability to stay up-to-date with platform updates, policy changes, and new features in paid media.
