• Oversee lease management and renewals for large-scale multifamily properties (194+ units). • Manage resident communication and handle tenant concerns with empathy and professionalism. • Educate residents on transitioning to virtual processes including online rent payments and DocuSign lease renewals. • Coordinate lease management processes and ensure proper documentation. • Handle resident screening processes and applications. • Track and analyze resident satisfaction and address complaints promptly. • Support the transition from paper-based to automated systems using Rent Manager software. • Assist with day-to-day property operations and administrative duties. • Communicate with residents about community initiatives and building a stronger resident community.
