📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI • Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical reporting specifications • Optimize SQL queries and data sources to ensure high-performing reports and dashboards • Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide data-driven insights • Maintain and improve existing reports and reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy and consistency • Develop documentation for data models, report logic, and technical specifications • Conduct unit testing and peer reviews for report quality assurance. • Support data validation and reconciliation efforts • Stay current with BI tools, techniques, and best practices. • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 2–5 years of hands-on experience with SSRS and Power BI in enterprise environments • Strong SQL skills and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (2016+) • Experience in developing paginated reports and dashboards based on complex data models • Familiarity with data warehousing principles and dimensional modeling • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or supply chain is an asset. • Knowledge of GIT, SQL Server performance tuning, or analytics languages (e.g., R, Python) is a plus • Bilingual an asset (fluent in both Spanish/English) • Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times • Valid Passport and ability to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MEX
