• This is a remote position. • Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Internship DoD SkillBridge Opportunity | Remote | 3 to 6 Months • Help match transitioning service members to opportunities based on skills, values, and mission alignment • Learn how to translate military experience into civilian qualifications • Review resumes and support phone screens • Help guide candidates through interviews and application processes • Create a professional, human experience for everyone you support • Engage with military transition offices, community partners, and veteran networks • Support outreach, candidate engagement, and mentorship • Use Modern Talent Tools to track candidates and manage job pipelines • Help new applicants navigate the SkillBridge timeline and requirements • Offer peer support and transition guidance to fellow service members
• Active-duty service members approved to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program • Currently serving on active duty in the U.S. military • Minimum of 90 days remaining before your official separation date • Approved or in the process of being approved by your command to participate in SkillBridge • A strong interest in learning the fundamentals of recruiting, hiring, and talent acquisition • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to stay self-motivated and work independently within a remote team • A genuine passion for supporting fellow veterans, spouses, and transitioning service members • Prior military recruiting or retention experience is a plus
