📋 Description

• Define and Own the Growth Funnel: Develop a comprehensive, data-driven strategy across the entire 'Acquisition-Activation-Retention-Referral' (AARRR) model, specifically tailored for B2B offshore staffing services. • Market Penetration: Identify and prioritize high-potential target markets, ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), and unique value propositions that differentiate Roster in a competitive global landscape. • Budget & ROI Ownership: Manage the growth budget, ensuring all spending is optimized for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency and Lifetime Value (LTV) maximization. • Reporting & Analytics: Establish clear, actionable KPIs and a rigorous reporting cadence to measure the effectiveness of all growth initiatives, translating data into immediate strategic shifts. • Industry-Specific Campaign Design: Create and execute high-converting digital marketing campaigns (Paid Search, Social, Content Syndication) that speak directly to the pain points of businesses considering offshore staffing. • Content & SEO Strategy: Oversee the content roadmap, ensuring SEO efforts, case studies, and thought leadership firmly establish Roster as a trusted authority in global remote talent. • Sales Enablement & Alignment: Work intimately with the sales team to ensure MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) are high-quality, and that marketing content is leveraged effectively throughout the sales cycle. • Referral Program Development: Design and launch a robust customer referral program to capitalize on satisfied clients—a key driver of growth in the staffing sector. • Client Value Maximization: Collaborate with the Client Success team to identify opportunities for expansion revenue, including upselling additional roles or new service lines to existing clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Verifiable Executive-Level Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a senior Growth, Marketing, or Business Development leadership role (e.g., Head of Growth, VP of Marketing) within the recruitment and staffing industry. • B2B Expertise: Deep, proven success in driving high-value B2B lead generation and closing six-figure service contracts, not just high-volume B2C or e-commerce traffic. • Start-up / Scale-up DNA: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resource-lean startup environment, prioritizing high-impact initiatives and operating with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset. • Data Fluency: Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with marketing technology (CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics platforms) to track and optimize funnel performance. • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of pitching strategy to the leadership team and mentoring junior team members.
