📋 Description

• Be the technical lead and full-time owner of bfARENAS • Advance core algorithms by improving ranking quality • Build agent layer with LLM-powered components • Construct human-in-the-loop interfaces for domain experts • Own platform infrastructure including multi-provider LLM orchestration • Deliver client-facing outputs like interactive visualizations and reporting • Maintain a quality discipline through built-in checks

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of production software engineering experience • 2+ years building LLM-powered systems • Strong Python coding experience • Real statistical literacy • Comfort with ranking and pairwise comparison models • Demonstrated ability to design evaluation harnesses for LLM systems • Product instinct • Comfort owning a system end-to-end.
