📋 Description

• Manage Bullhorn's email marketing campaigns end-to-end, executing flawlessly and on time • Build and segment contact lists accurately, mapping them to the correct buyer personas • Run ongoing A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and report on results • Partner with the Marketing team to ensure campaign messaging and branding are accurate and on-brand • Coordinate cross-functionally with Support and Product teams to ensure client communications reach the right contacts on time • Support event operations to maximize success and ROI • Drive demand and support Bullhorn's growing customer base • Report to the Director, Marketing Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in an email marketing role at a B2B company • Proficiency with a marketing automation platform; Marketo strongly preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Solid analytical ability • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to juggle multiple projects against tight deadlines • Experience with CRM software; Salesforce a plus • Experience with HTML is a plus • Ability to ramp quickly with minimal onboarding given the contract timeline
