• Own end-to-end B2C paid campaigns: concepting, designing, setting up, optimizing, and reporting across platforms. • Create guerrilla activations, viral loops, and unconventional channels (TikTok, Substack, referral hacks) to spark buzz and get traction. • Take new products/services from 0 to 1 using scrappy early-stage experiments and bold bets. • Analyze data, run experiments relentlessly, and build smart automations and outreach flows that scale. • Design and manage CRM funnels, automations, and integrations to ensure prospects and clients never slip through the cracks. • Turn raw data into insights and dashboards that drive action and communicate KPIs. • Collaborate with designers, developers, strategists and coach multidisciplinary teams.
• A few years of hands-on experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or performance advertising (bonus points for startup or agency life). • Proven track record of taking things from idea to first traction—whether that’s a product launch, a campaign, or a side project. • Solid understanding of audience targeting, funnels, and customer journeys. • A rare mix of creative flair and technical chops—you’re as comfortable cooking up a viral stunt as you are tweaking a database or running an A/B test. • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results with lean budgets. • Experience leading or coaching a multidisciplinary team is a nice-to-have. • Proficiency with Ads managers: Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn Premium. • Experience with CRM & automation: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Airtable. • Analytics & data: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, SQL basics. • Familiarity with creative tools: Figma, Canva, ChatGPT (yep, we said it )
