📋 Description
• Develop your own talent and client pipeline • Write and publish attractive job adverts using our ATS Flatchr • Source candidates through direct and indirect approaches (LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, etc.) • Conduct pre-qualification interviews and provide clear summaries to clients
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience recruiting for Tech profiles (Dev, Data, DevOps, etc.) or Sales (BizDev, Account Manager, Head of Sales, etc.), Finance, Industry/Construction or another specialized field • Autonomy, strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset • Excellent listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities • Proactive approach and appetite for HR innovation • Strong interest in Tech, AI or SaaS environments • Good understanding of culture-fit considerations in recruitment
