🎯 Requirements

• A CPA • 10+ years leading the Finance function in a range of small and mid-sized organizations • Suite of interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills • Experience in contracting and negotiating with stakeholders • Broad knowledge and experience of accounting, budgeting, tax, audit, human resources/payroll and corporate governance • Ability to evaluate accounting systems and controls • Smarts, confidence, humility, and a collaborative nature • Highest ethical standards • Ability to express thoughts, ideas, and vision clearly
