📋 Description

• Manage and enhance the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes • Lead month, quarter, and annual financial closing and reporting activities • Oversee Forecasting, Annual Operational Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Plan (LRP) • Consolidate and review financial data for R&D, G&A, Cash Flow, below-the-line items, CAPEX/Depreciation, and Balance Sheet • Present results and proposed forecasts to senior leadership with variance analysis • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, R&D, TechOps, G&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Taxes • Provide visibility to Treasury and Taxes on Legal Entity reporting • Handle ad-hoc projects and drive process improvements and standardization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis • Significant experience in Corporate FP&A preferred • Experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry preferred • Advanced user of TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell • Strong Accounting and Financial Planning background & knowledge • Familiarity with FP&A planning systems; TM1 is a plus • Result-oriented, proactive, strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to engage with strategic initiatives while maintaining hands-on approach • Minimal travel required
