📋 Description
• Enhance Global Clinical Operations’ productivity and reduce clinical trial inefficiencies • Engage with clinical stakeholders across geographies and functions • Draft & finalize business requirements for prioritized enhancements • Coordinate with the Development & IT teams for functional requirements • Define and articulate the value proposition of all requests • Manage the network of champions for communication • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize performance of technology solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • 8+ years’ experience in drug development clinical trial operations • Requirement gathering and documentation • Process modeling • Familiarity with clinical applications e.g. CTMS, EDC, IRT • Stakeholder management • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional clinical teams
