📋 Description
• Lead the strategy, execution, and governance of BeOne’s commercial predictive analytics initiatives • Serve as the primary business lead for predictive analytics programs • Define clear business goals, KPIs, and success metrics for predictive initiatives • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants • Partner with internal analytics and data teams to translate business needs into predictive use cases • Lead change management and adoption efforts • Continuously evaluate program performance and communicate progress to senior leadership • Identify and prioritize new predictive opportunities that align with BeOne’s strategic and commercial goals
🎯 Requirements
• MS/MBA/PhD with 8+ years of commercial pharmaceutical industry experience • Demonstrated experience with Next Best Action or other predictive analytics programs • Strong understanding of commercial operations and field force dynamics in a pharmaceutical context • Experience managing vendors and technology partners responsible for predictive tools or CRM-based execution • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and analytics visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) • Proven success translating complex analytical outputs into clear, strategic business recommendations.
