📋 Description

• Maximize the performance of BeOne’s products in Spain • Implement marketing and sales strategy to achieve sales targets • Coach and develop the commercial team • Build brand awareness for BeOne in the hemato-oncology market • Establish strong relationships with KOLs and study groups • Prepare the market for product approvals • Monitor regional budget and performance parameters • Determine developmental needs of team members • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments • Inform management of market changes and competitor activities • Supervise development and implementation of key account plans • Collaborate with market access for account facilitation • Work closely with marketing to exceed field force effectiveness standards • Participate in national and international scientific events

🎯 Requirements

• Scientific education and experiences in this or similar positions • Life science degree (university, college) and professional experience • More than 5 years of qualified work experience as commercial team leader • Several years of leadership experiences in the hemato-oncology market • Specific knowledge in the hemato-oncology market • Proven successful supervision of commercial teams • High social competence and capacity for teamwork • Highly motivated, solution oriented and a positive attitude • Success-, service-, and sales-oriented thinking and working • Exceptional communication and thought leadership • Excellent knowledge in Hemato-Oncology is mandatory • Excellent and reliable contacts with important hematologists and opinion leaders in hematology centers/PBOs in our indications • Confident manner, good customer acceptance due to medical and scientific expertise • Enjoying working in a commercial team and doing project work as well as networking • Good English and computer skills • Valid driver ‘s license
