📋 Description

• Develop and implement the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Hematology and Solid Tumor portfolios • Provide leadership, coaching and development to the VP Hematology Marketing, VP Solid Tumor Marketing, and Brand Leads for BRUKINSA, TEVIMBRA, Sonrotoclax, and the CDAC Degrader • Ensure there is a forward-looking Strategic Plan for each brand • Oversee launch plans, brand strategy, positioning, and messaging • Build organizational capabilities to grow brand equity • Coach the Brand Leads as they lead cross-functional brand teams • Partner with the Insights team to generate a deep understanding of market dynamics • Establish scenario plans for different outcomes and changes in the competitive landscape • Ensure Brand Teams deliver launch readiness, marketing shaping and training • Engage with global KOLs and other external stakeholders to refine and enhance brand strategies • Oversee the management of agencies, vendors and consultants • Lead annual strategic planning and operating planning processes • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across multiple functions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of commercialization experience within the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry • Focus on Hematology • Experience developing and executing successful launch commercial strategies at Global level or across multiple markets • Proven cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills • Strong understanding of the hematology market landscape, including key competitors, customer segments, and market dynamics • Fluency in English, both written and verbal • Demonstrated success working in new product launches, campaign development and insight generation
