• Own and optimize Dinova’s outbound marketing platforms and integrations. • Develop and implement marketing automation workflows, triggers, and personalized customer experiences for email and push notification channels • Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) instance (functionality, integration, security) • Conduct QA on all automations to ensure accuracy and proper functionality • Work with development team in an agile process to deliver platform improvements that enable more advanced targeting and content • Manage segmentation, database growth, and hygiene within SFMC • Stay current on SFMC trends and capabilities • Collaborate with marketing team to execute outbound communications that leverage full potential of SFMC • Analyze data and customer insights to measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities • Prepare reports on performance metrics and strategic insights for leadership. • Conduct A/B testing for email and campaign components (subject lines, CTAs, messaging) • Stay up to date on opt-in laws and privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM)
• 3 to 5 years of experience working to deliver email and push notification campaigns • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey building, automation, and data management. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve marketing technology issues. • Ability to work in an agile development process to launch new features • Strong understanding of marketing automation strategy, segmentation, and lead nurturing. • Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and generate insights. • Ability to conduct A/B testing and optimize digital campaigns. • Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills. • Ability to train and support marketing teams in SFMC use.
