📋 Description

• Responsible for oversight of a team of insurance professionals. • Directing and maintaining the integrity and compliance of Insurance for the entire BWE servicing portfolio. • Involvement with high level insurance projects and discussions at the company level. • Establish and direct the internal Servicing insurance team to handle insurance renewals after closing. • Partner with internal colleagues on the Operations and Asset Management sides of the Servicing department. • Provide consultative support to clients and internal partners to explore opportunities to increase productivity and meet needs. • Manage, deliver, and implement employee performance, development, and relations for the insurance team to ensure engagement and career success. • Direct and participate in key initiatives intended to improve efficacy, compliance, and effectiveness. • Partner effectively with the Asset Managers, Closers, and Escrow Managers to help maintain insurance coverage integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience with insurance for commercial real estate. • Demonstrated management experience in a client-servicing environment. • High school diploma • Undergraduate business degree is preferred. • Possess current insurance designations (i.e., CPCU, CISR, CIC, AIS, CRM, etc.). • Advanced knowledge of property, liability, and umbrella coverage for various property types. • Strong knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, insurance ratings and underwriting procedures. • Strong analytical and mathematical skills and advanced skills in Microsoft Office. • Ability to manage and lead a team of insurance professionals. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
