📋 Description
• Independently monitor and control IT project budgets • Perform cost tracking, variance analysis and forecasting • Validate invoices and supplier costs • Create summaries and dashboards to report financial performance • Update financial and project status data in PMO systems • Provide professional financial guidance to project managers • Prepare monthly documentation for project governance • Weekly identification, analysis and documentation of financial and delivery risks • Develop and implement standardized templates and processes
