• Provide high-level support to the leadership team, including managing calendars, preparing for meetings, and drafting agendas. • Assist in business development tasks such as monitoring inboxes, following up with contacts, and maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo). • Conduct research and monitor LinkedIn saved searches to support new business opportunities. • Develop company brochures and assist with marketing collateral. • Lead the onboarding process for new employees and contractors, ensuring an organized and positive experience. • Oversee scheduling and assignment of trainers for new hires. • Monitor employee engagement initiatives, including tracking eNPS scores and organizing team bonding activities. • Manage the professional development budget, ensuring team members have access to growth resources. • Serve as the point of contact for internal communications, including posting announcements and updates. • Support employer branding efforts by managing the company’s LinkedIn page and sharing content that promotes our culture. • Coordinate communication strategies for HR and business initiatives. • Oversee the management of company holidays and the employee review process. • Provide guidance on delivering useful and constructive feedback during performance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HR, administration, or a related field. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Apollo), LinkedIn, and communication tools. • Familiarity with project management software like Notion is a plus.
