📋 Description

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. • Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. • Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and backlog refinement sessions. • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Support prioritization of requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders. • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. • Collaborate with development, QA, and UX teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions meet business needs. • Maintain documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role. • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience working in structured or regulated environments. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
