• Proactively contact customers who recently purchased Cadwell medical devices or have expiring support agreements via targeted cold calls and emails to secure CadCare contracts. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasting and timely reporting. • Professionally present CadCare support contracts, articulating their value to healthcare professionals and decision-makers. • Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. • Stay informed on Cadwell’s CadCare offerings, medical device industry trends, and competitive landscape. • Consistently achieve or surpass sales quotas and performance metrics. • Perform additional duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in proactive outbound sales, inside sales, or business development, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
