📋 Description

• Responsible for supporting the administration, change control, and deployment of customizations within our Epicor Kinetic ERP environment • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in Epicor Kinetic • Ensure compliance with security protocols and audit requirements • Document changes and maintain version controls • Assist in testing and validation of BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, and other customizations • Collaborate with developers and business users to meet functional requirements • Manage support queues in the Jira ticketing system • Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials • Provide support and training to front line support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred • 2+ years of experience working with Epicor ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering with an emphasis on manufacturing operations and supply chain • Strong background and knowledge of business processes associated with custom manufacturing, and ability to align ERP processes with business needs • Experience with SQL databases including SQL queries, Views, Stored Procedures, SQL Jobs, and SQL Server Reporting Studio (SSRS), is preferred
