📋 Description

• Provide advanced-level support to clients and internal engineering teams for D365 implementations. • Build and maintain cloud workflows using Power Automate, with a deep understanding of error handling and data flow logic. • Apply governance best practices for building scalable, compliant Power Platform applications. • Manage organizational change initiatives linked to Dynamics 365 and related cloud modernization projects. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into practical technical and functional documentation. • Define and execute strategies for Dynamics transformations that align with client objectives and minimize business disruption. • Prepare communication strategies and messaging to ensure clarity during D365 rollout or upgrade phases. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their D365 environments. • Create and deliver training materials for both technical and business audiences. • Use both qualitative and quantitative data to assess user needs and system adoption metrics. • Establish KPIs to measure deployment success and develop improvement plans when adoption rates lag. • Participate in internal practice development, contributing to methodologies, templates, and best practices. • Support pre-sales activities including system demos, technical presentations, and proposal input.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong grasp of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including configuration, customization, and API integration. • Knowledge of differences between D365 on-premises and cloud-based deployments. • Proficiency integrating third-party tools and services such as Outlook (Dynamics App), DocuSign, SAP, and Oracle systems. • Experience building custom plugins, workflows, and actions using the D365 SDK. • Familiarity with Managed and Unmanaged deployment processes and version control. • Understanding of JavaScript API (Version 9+) and prior versions. • Skilled in Office 365 tools such as Teams and OneNote. • Ability to think critically and deliver creative solutions in both individual and cross-functional team contexts.
