📋 Description

• Build and own financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning • Partner with business leaders to manage expenses and identify revenue opportunities • Develop and automate reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL a plus) • Implement and optimize FP&A systems and tools to support automation and scale • Deliver strategic financial insights to cross-functional teams and executive leadership • Support M&A modeling, scenario planning, and integration efforts • Create and maintain KPI dashboards across departments • Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis and performance reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred) • Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth companies strongly preferred • Experience with multi-entity or multi-site operations • Proven ability to build and scale FP&A infrastructure in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and Power BI; SQL a plus • Strong command of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting • 6–8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including leadership roles
