📋 Description
• Develops, plans, and implements the ERP and CRM systems • Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP and/or CRM system requirements • Customizes and configures workflow • Identify ERP/CRM business systems solutions requirements by interviewing clients • Implement and support Dynamics 365 for new and existing customers • Gather information for the development of custom applications • Follow Project Charter and implementation methodology • Drive additional ERP consulting services within customer base
🎯 Requirements
• BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering • 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures • Strong organizational skills and time management practices • Outstanding customer service skills • Demonstrate aptitude for learning new technologies • Ability to effectively communicate technical concept to a non-technical audience • Ability to interface well with other members of the organization
