📋 Description

• The Implementation Manager plays a critical role in supporting the onboarding of new customers onto our software platform. • The role involves elements of project management, technical support as well as training. • In addition to supporting the initial setup of new customers, Implementation Managers will also support major setup changes and overhauls. • Implementation Managers must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and driven to keep deadlines and help hold others accountable.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service or related role • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention and obsession for detail and accuracy • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Effectively and efficiently solve problems ranging in difficulty • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, and sometimes competing priorities • Availability to include some weekday evening hours • Availability to include some travel as needed
