📋 Description

• Establish the Interim Strategy Execution Office • Coordinate and develop the multi-year implementation plan enabling the CAPR 2030 Strategic Plan • Establish governance, planning frameworks, project structures, and implementation tools • Produce the 2027-2029 Multi-Year Operational Plan and detailed 2027 Operational Plan • Lead the Interim Strategy Execution Office and direct assigned staff • Develop and execute work plans covering governance, planning, reporting, and Board and staff engagement • Design and implement project teams, decision-making processes, accountability frameworks, and oversight mechanisms • Facilitate implementation planning sessions, workshops, and strategic discussions • Lead development of the CAPR 2027-2029 Strategy Map, including priorities, sequencing, budget impacts, and planning directions • Review and advise on reporting frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, risk registers, operating procedures, and tracking tools • Identify risks, mitigation strategies, resource requirements, and resource alignment priorities • Prepare strategic briefings, presentations, recommendations, and Board and committee materials • Coordinate Board reporting, including the October 2026 progress report and December 2026 readiness and approval package • Deliver September-December 2026 implementation-planning milestones, toolkits, assessments, and recommendations
