📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets. • Determine and execute GTM strategies for Federal space, Healthcare, and IQC markets. • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of strategic sales representatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and high-value clients. • Manage and expand relationships with key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to design solutions that address client needs. • Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategies. • Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations for large or complex deals. • Forecast sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required. • Minimum 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role, required. • JOC experience preferred. • Proven track record of successfully closing large, complex deals and achieving sales targets. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market dynamics. • Experience managing enterprise clients and long sales cycles. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
