‱ Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in Canva's products and services. ‱ Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat. ‱ Build rapport with prospects by actively listening to their needs, understanding their design challenges, and providing tailored solutions. ‱ Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value propositions of Canva's subscription plans and premium offerings. ‱ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Canva's capabilities. ‱ Provide accurate pricing information, negotiate terms, and close sales transactions to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. ‱ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM software. ‱ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve sales processes and drive customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven track record of success in inbound sales, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or digital marketing environment. ‱ Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively. ‱ Self-motivated and results-driven, always striving to exceed sales targets. ‱ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools (Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator). ‱ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. ‱ Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. ‱ Open to working a flexible, shifting schedule based on business needs.
