📋 Description

• Become a go-to expert in Canva’s Infrastructure for System Integrations, helping shape the direction and technical foundation of our 2P integrations. • Collaborate with internal developer partners, across Systems Integrations, IT, and more, to co-design solutions that balance user needs with the capabilities of our integration platform. • Partner closely with product teams across the Ecosystem supergroup to understand the product landscape and influence roadmaps with technical insight. • Define robust system and interface requirements for Second-Party (2P) integrations, translating business and operational goals into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. • Craft clear and accessible technical documentation, including reference architectures, best practices, white papers, and solution briefs. • Build and maintain incident response processes and documentation for apps built through our third-party ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• You are firmly grounded in computer science and engineering fundamentals and have experience developing web applications. • You have hands-on experience managing cloud platform configurations, preferably in AWS (with Azure or GCP as a bonus). • You have experience working with infrastructure for system integration. • You bring 3+ years of experience in system engineering, system architecture, or an equivalent technical role. • You excel at technical troubleshooting in an Enterprise SaaS environment. • You demonstrate a strong customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor. • You communicate effectively and confidently, especially in written form. • You have hands-on experience using AI in your work to drive greater impact
