📋 Description

• Serve as a senior subject matter expert for Retirement Plan Consulting • Provide technical and regulatory guidance for qualified retirement plans • Provide fiduciary training and plan design consulting and benchmarking • Support industry thought leadership, prospects, client onboarding, IRS correction programs, and miscellaneous consulting projects • Provide ERISA expertise and technical support to Financial Advisors and clients • Support plan design through cost and impact analysis, benchmarking, and peer-to-peer reviews • Present complex and technical material to audiences of all levels • Keep internal and external parties up to date on regulatory matters • Present fiduciary training modules for plan committees • Create and update Retirement Plan Consulting intranet, SharePoint, and deliverable-template content • Maintain relationships with plan auditors, ERISA counsel, and actuarial service providers • Contribute to team and firm-level strategic projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a four-year college degree – Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred or equivalent work experience • 12 years of relevant retirement industry experience • Knowledge of ERISA guidelines and regulations • Experience working with defined contribution plans, specifically 401(k) and 403(b) plans • Retirement plan administration or compliance experience with a recordkeeper or TPA • Strong organization and project management skills • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving • Industry-related certifications and designations are desired, including QPA, QKA, or CEBS • Proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to build successful, collaborative, and trusting relationships • Ability to create accurate, concise, respectful, and easy-to-understand communications conveying complex information • Strong sense of urgency about completing work and solving problems • Commitment to service, integrity, objectivity, and community engagement
