• 7+ years of project and program management experience in a professional services or consulting environment, with a focus on enterprise-level projects (>$1M) • Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of projects for Enterprise clients. • Expertise in managing Enterprise/ISV project delivery finances, including P&L responsibility, budget forecasting, and reporting for multiple engagements. • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with a history of presenting to C-suite and other senior-level stakeholders. • Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to navigate complex enterprise environments. • A 'make it happen' mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Experience with project management software (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) and program governance best practices. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. • Proven experience with escalation management and proactive guardrails for delivery quality, budget, timelines
