• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • At least 10 years of experience in marketing and building strategies. • Strong analytical mindset, adept at interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making for patient marketing campaigns. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, driving innovation in patient engagement approaches. • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, coupled with a solid background in graphic design systems to ensure a holistic and integrated marketing approach. • Track record of successfully adapting to and implementing advancements in technology and tools within the patient marketing landscape, showcasing a commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends. • Proven leadership in developing and executing comprehensive patient engagement strategies, reflecting a deep understanding of the evolving dynamics in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. • Strong command of compliance considerations within patient marketing, ensuring all initiatives align with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines. • Exceptional skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance on patient marketing initiatives. • Proven expertise in both digital and traditional marketing strategies. • Experience implementing or managing AI-driven marketing tools and platforms
