• Our company is seeking motivated and enthusiastic college students or recent graduates as Event Operations Intern to join our team. • As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of our events by assisting with logistics, vendor management, and on-site event management. • You will also have the opportunity to travel and work with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of our events. • Responsibilities: Event venue preparation: research, requests, offer preparation • Venue and suppliers research, budget, ticketing platform • Coordination of internal departments before and onsite during the events • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials • Assist with event registration and attendee management • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of our events • Creating internal and external presentations • Additional research tasks • Sponsor account management, responsible for execution of commitments and client satisfaction. • Responsible for the event ticket platform
• Graduate or student in Tourism, HR, International relations, Event management, or related degree program • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Interest in event planning and operations • Excellent level of written and spoken professional English and Spanish, additional languages like Portuguese and French are beneficial • Excellent adaptability to an international environment with a wide exposure to various cultures and customs; • Results-driven, self-starter; • A highly independent and vivacious personality; • Excellent personal and professional presentation; • Excellent with meeting demanding deadlines and working in a quickly paced environment • Based in Argentina
