📋 Description

• Support a growing wellness hub and launch comprehensive weight management program • Conduct virtual weight management for new and established Atrium Health primary care patients • Collaborate with care team approach over 34 patient contact hours per week • Utilize 6 hours admin time weekly to manage responsibilities effectively

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Weight Management preferred • Obesity Medicine Certification is required • Passion for innovation • Strong virtual presence • Solution oriented and willing to think outside of the box
