📋 Description

• The Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst is the functional subject matter expert to the HR and Payroll departments. • Will be responsible for maintenance and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Cloud HCM application for Cedars-Sinai. • Support for Oracle Cloud HCM, with a particular focus on Recruiting, Onboarding, Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation & Payroll modules. • Facilitates end-user/business owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) plus years of experience in ERP systems, preferably with Oracle Cloud HCM. • Functional ERP experience. Demonstrated experience of the functional aspects of the application or system. • Experience with gathering data requirements and documentation of these requirements. • Post go-live support and maintenance of applications in ERP Eco-System. • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
