📋 Description

• You will start on the Account Transfers team: the Account Transfers team is responsible for incoming asset transfers to SCFC, as well as outgoing asset transfers leaving our firm. • You will become familiar with our electronic deliveries (NELTC) as well as our manual document exchange process (for items not eligible for NELTC). • As part of transfers, you will review forms, execute transfers, follow up with institutions on statuses, and keep our clients informed.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. • 1–2 years of experience in the financial services industry. • Bilingual in spoken and written English and French. • Knowledge of different account types, such as non-registered accounts (cash, margin, joint, etc.) and registered accounts (RRSP, TFSA, RESP, etc.). • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
