📋 Description
• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with Fixico’s repair partners across Germany • Onboard new partners and ensure they are fully set up for success on the Fixico platform • Monitor network performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement • Assess uncovered regions and ensure nationwide coverage through strategic partner acquisition • Support repair partners in using Fixico’s digital tools to improve operations and achieve better business outcomes • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to scale Fixico’s presence in Germany • Drive partner satisfaction, product usage, and retention • Identify and act upon new business opportunities to expand Fixico’s network
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Fleet Manager, or in a similar role • Experience in the automotive industry or with body repair shops is a big plus • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a talent for building trusted relationships • Fluency in German and English • A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to developing new opportunities • Familiarity with cost calculation software is an advantage • A curious, open-minded, and collaborative attitude • Willingness to travel within Germany to meet partners and drive network growth
