âą Support and accelerate the growth of iubendaâs partner ecosystem âą Develop and run marketing campaigns to attract agencies, consultants, SaaS platforms, hosting partners, resellers, and affiliates âą Create partner-facing resources: sales decks, guides, templates, onboarding materials, and product overviews âą Run co-marketing activities with partners âą Handle the marketing operations of the partner and affiliate programs âą Track partner and affiliate performance, including referrals, conversions, and revenue impact âą Work closely with Content, Design, Acquisition, Lifecycle marketing and Product to deliver impactful campaigns and resources
đŻ Requirements
âą 5+ years in partner marketing, affiliate marketing, channel programs, or B2B SaaS growth âą Proven experience running partner acquisition programs and scaling affiliate programs âą High level of autonomy âą Ability to translate complex product/technical info into simple partner-facing value propositions âą Analytical mindset with experience evaluating partner performance and ROI âą Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities âą Relationship-driven mindset rather than purely transactional âą Familiarity with compliance, privacy, Martech, or SaaS environments is a plus âą Fluent in English; additional European languages are welcome.
