• Drive AI strategy across SaaS brands as Brand AI Lead — align roadmaps, identify scalable use cases, and enable cross-brand value while balancing autonomy and group priorities. • Work with each brand to understand their product strategy and identify where AI & Data can add value. • Partner with brand leadership, product teams, and technical leads to influence and coordinate AI & Data related initiatives. • Act as the central AI & Data point of contact for all brands. • Spot AI & Data use cases across brands that could benefit from shared infrastructure, capabilities, or learnings. • Ensure visibility into brand AI & Data activities, timelines, and risks.
• 7+ years of experience in AI & Data product, strategy, or delivery roles, ideally within SaaS or decentralized business models. • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence without formal authority across multiple organizations. • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they translate into business value and product features. • Experience shaping and managing product or AI & Data roadmaps in close collaboration with technical and commercial teams. • Skilled communicator, able to balance strategic alignment with local autonomy and business priorities. • Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment with multiple brands, stakeholders, and delivery models. • Structured, analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into actionable direction. • Experience in post-merger integration or multi-brand strategy environments is a plus.
