📋 Description

• Lead a team of quality engineers to ensure supplier quality. • Drive supplier performance improvement, manage relationships, and ensure compliance with quality standards. • Conduct supplier audits and drive corrective actions for quality issues. • Manage day-to-day team activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics • 5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role • Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Willingness to travel as required • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field • Experience in leading supplier performance improvement initiatives • Six Sigma certification or knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies • Knowledge of industry quality standards and requirements • Experience in conducting supplier audits and performing root cause analysis • Strong project management skills • Ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers • Continuous improvement mindset
