• Senior Product Manager responsible for owning the strategy and execution of Clinical Data and Interoperability verticals, building data infrastructure to measure Health Equity at scale • Lead interoperability strategy and deepen CareMessage integrations across key EHRs • You will work with a small, diverse team and report to the Director of Product; collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Engineering teams to understand customer needs and guide the product development process from ideation to development, allocating resources as needed • You are a superb communicator, a self-starter, and have a passion for solving problems that impact our broken healthcare system; experience in B2B health technology; deep understanding of users and interoperability • WITHIN 1 MONTH, YOU\'LL... Learn the product inside and out, including expertise in our data dictionary, data tables, and data infrastructure alongside fully familiarizing yourself with all of our existing interoperability and integration offerings • WITHIN 3 MONTHS, YOU\'LL... Lead the work of the Clinical Data and Interoperability verticals, including team ceremonies, collaborating on product requirements documents and releases; lead customer discovery; collaborate on Product Strategies and 2026 Roadmap • WITHIN 6 MONTHS, YOU\'LL... Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch; align annual roadmaps with strategy • Responsibilities: Own Clinical Data and Interoperability product vision and objectives; iterate data strategy to improve Health Equity; meet stakeholders; draft PRDs; ensure documentation; triage feedback; collaborate to set goals
• Explicit and direct experience with clinical data and interoperability will be required for this role. • A proven track record of owning product verticals at B2B SaaS Health Technology companies in the realm of Data and Interoperability • Proven growth trajectory as a product manager: 2 or more product management roles • Demonstrated ability to self-identify and independently solve problems within a product development team (product, design, and engineering) to improve processes, collaboration, and/or team delivery • Extensive experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, etc.) and electronic health records. • You have an interest in working remotely (Our entire company has been remote since 2019!) • You have a commitment to building and fostering diversity and inclusion within the teams you have worked with (We have a global team and you will regularly collaborate with people from a variety of walks of life)
