📋 Description

• Supporting the change efforts on medium to large scale, complex projects • Acts as a liaison between internal and external partners, contractors and stakeholders • Facilitates collaboration, consensus building and helps ensure accountability and adoption • Maintains reports, records and documentation • Identifies change impacts, desired mindsets, and behavior changes needed to realize change benefits • Supports senior staff in developing change management strategies and plans • Organizes and participates in meetings of stakeholder groups • Works collaboratively in analyzing business needs to identify process impacts • Creates a tactical plan to engage teams through the transition • Monitors and regularly communicates adoption status to Sponsors, Business Owners and other stakeholders • Prepares formal and informal presentations and reports • Measures adoption and monitors change integration into the business • Identifies potential risks and/or barriers to project goals and mitigates them • Ensures compliance with all applicable standards, policies, laws, rules and regulations • Tracks adoption and mitigation needs • Maintains appropriate records, information, documentation and reports • Facilitates evaluation of progress and challenges following implementation

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience • At least 2 years of change management experience • Minimum 1 years’ experience on complex information systems projects • Change management training • Preferred Change Management certification (Prosci, Kotter, etc) • Training, organizational development, technical writing or other certifications that contribute to the ability to work in Change Management • Scrum, Agile, and/or Project Management International (PMI) Project Management certification • 1 or more years’ experience in health plan operations
