📋 Description

• Overall ownership for the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday platform, including HCM and Finance application • Serves as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders • Drives the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance • Leads the Workday support team • Overall accountability for data governance, security and compliance • Ensures up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities • Develops and promote continuous learning within the support team • Establishes and measure Key Performance Indicators • Manages vendor relationships, performance, and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in application management and support • Minimum 2 years’ Workday configuration or administration experience • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position or minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory position with completion of CareOregon’s Aspiring Leaders Program • Workday Pro certification in one or more areas • Experience with Process Improvement and Change Management related to HR/Finance systems • Advanced experience related to implementation and management of enterprise HR or Financials applications.
