📋 Description

• Utilize data analytics to drive informed decision making and optimize business processes • Develop, manage, and analyze complex data sets • Create actionable insights and build interactive dashboards • Work cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and IT teams • Generate complex reports and dashboards to track KPIs • Continuously enhance and update dashboards for data relevance • Analyze and evaluate current operations processes for optimization • Recommend strategies for improving operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field required • Five (5) years of experience working with ETL, BI, and database solutions required • Experience translating business requirements required • Extensive data analysis experience required • Relevant healthcare or LTSS and/or Dual Eligible reporting experience preferred • Familiarity with LTSS/DSNP data/report regulations preferred
