📋 Description

• Manage KCE's IT systems, including software, hardware, networks, and cloud systems • Provide support for IT helpdesk requests • Establish IT operation standards, procedures, and tools in a complex and fast-growing environment • Manage and maintain computer hardware and software inventories • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees • Identify risk, faults, or opportunities for improvements within our IT environment • Manage and execute site planning for ISP, and POD network equipment installation • Work with SCADA team for troubleshooting sites • Document all site network configurations • Maintain network hardware at all KCE sites • Plan, document and coordinate all site IT projects with Operations Team • Manage and maintain WAN/LAN and wireless networks across all sites • Provide network support for all remote sites after hours • Coordinate with 3rd party support for issues at remote sites • Work closely with security team to keep network environment secure and remediate any findings • Maintain 100% up time as much as possible • Work with different vendors to evaluate network tools as needed • All other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems, networking and cloud technologies • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • Knowledge of endpoint and network security systems • Proven experience delivering time-pressured projects on-time and with high quality • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work in and manage a small team • Strong organizational and time-management skills
