📋 Description

• Manage complex lead negotiations for large and/or complex client contracts • Collaborate with National Account Managers, Field Sales, and Marketing teams • Draft, develop, prepare, and review contract documents • Interface with key Payors, GPO, IDN, Clinics, and Sales Leaders to effectively manage the contract negotiation process • Negotiate and redline all key terms of various pharmaceutical contract documents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in customer contracting, sales/marketing, pricing • Demonstrated business acumen and experience with negotiating and redlining customer agreements • Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills • Microsoft Excel at the advanced level experience required
