• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned cases • Review and verify test orders and documentation • Coordinate with providers and internal teams • Monitor case status and implement corrective actions • Ensure seamless coordination across all workflow touchpoints
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of healthcare or diagnostics experience • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Understanding of clinic-based workflows • Ability to learn and effectively use proprietary systems
